Our little piece of heaven is situated between the two beautiful communities of Waldheim and Hepburn, SK.
My Husband and I moved to this area in 2015 where we have since been raising our family and enjoying our path to a more flourishing life.
With my rising passion for gardening, nature, and a beautiful growth in my faith, I was finding myself more compelled to share my story, my experiences and our property with others. Thus Flourish Farm & Garden was “planted”. It slowly but surely germinated and is now growing into something more beautiful than even I can comprehend.
We have started to incorporate No Till, Back to Eden and Permaculture concepts into the way we garden. There are many reasons behind our decision to move in this direction, but the main ones are to rejuvenate our poor soil, retain moisture, suppress weeds and encourage beneficial insects to call our farm their home. It has been incredible watching the changes occur year to year, and what an educational experience it has become.
I have been gardening for many many years. Completing the Floret Flower Farming Course and attending a few fabulous flower farming workshops have helped teach me how to turn my passions into the growing garden business it is today. I want to share what I have learned with you so that you also feel confident in your abilities to create something beautiful – whether it’s with what you have access to in your own gardens or what can be locally sourced.
